Now this was a very tasty meal. The dressing absolutely elevates this dish – I loved it! The charred veggies made this have an extra taste dimension and I loved the wild rice too. I think I would eat this one over and over (frequently!!) as it really hit the spot for both hunger and great nourishment. An excellent dish! Thanks!

A lovely cooked serve of vegetables with rice that were beautifully complimented with a very very yummy umami miso dressing … tasted excellent and the portion was very filling… π
